Excuse me!?!! Can you be more inappropriate?
In the days of political correctness and especially with UK child abuse scandals and other pedophilia, it’s imperative that a publisher/writer/editor would double-check headlines so they don’t sound (obnoxiously) differently to what they are trying to say.
Tech website Engadget unfortunately were probably not expecting the reaction they got (or maybe they were – most sites these days are using click bait headlines) when they posted an article of a new product that you could smell. So basically the author was reading a book on Goldilocks on the iPad and the product would bring out a smell of the story. Hence, she smelled the girl and liked it. Innocent enough.
